Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain, we'll work with you to reschedule your trip at no additional cost. We monitor conditions 24/7 and will contact you as soon as possible if changes are needed. For minor weather, our yachts are equipped with enclosed areas and weather protection.

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. For alcoholic beverages, we require advance notice due to licensing regulations. Many clients prefer our professional catering services, which feature locally-sourced ingredients and can accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences.

Several of our yachts are wheelchair accessible, featuring ramps, accessible washrooms, and spacious deck areas. We're committed to ensuring everyone can enjoy our services. Please inform us of any accessibility needs when booking so we can select the most suitable yacht and make necessary arrangements.

Cancellations made 14+ days before your charter receive a full refund minus a small processing fee. Cancellations 7-13 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable unless due to weather conditions or medical emergencies. We highly recommend travel insurance for additional protection.

Yes! Our fishing charters include all necessary equipment: rods, reels, tackle, bait, and safety gear. However, guests are responsible for obtaining their own fishing licenses, which can be purchased online through the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources or at local sporting goods stores. Our crew can guide you through the licensing process.
